Eligibility Requirements
- 18 years or older
- BC resident for 24+ consecutive months
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Meet income and asset thresholds for your unit type
- Cannot own other residential property at time of purchase
- First-time homebuyer or haven't owned property in 2+ years
Fair Lottery System
If applications exceed available units for a specific unit type, we use a transparent random lottery to ensure fairness.
